My daughter, Savannah, your 2013 Preteen Miss Boones Mill Apple Festival, and I would like to say “thank you” to each of the BM Lion Club members for their dedication to making a difference in the lives of many. Thank you for encouraging Savannah to volunteer in her community. She has represented this title proudly and especially enjoyed serving meals at the Roanoke Rescue Mission and helping to put a smile on the faces of the residents at the nursing homes. See you at the Apple Festival!!
